This morning I felt good. Ate my food and headed to school. Started feeling sick towards the end of class and ran to the bathroom to throw up but no such luck. Took home an apple from school to eat on the ride home. Actually had to pull off the freeway to throw up while driving home. No bueno. Ate the rest of the apple after that. Trying to eat the chicken I had portioned out but my stomach feels really bad. This is going to be really tough. But Im going to do it. Damnit! I need to lose weight!!! So frustrating. Hoping tomorrow will be a better day.
Gained a total of .8 lbs on my loading days... that is not that good and maybe that is why I am having a hard time... who knows.
Oh gosh, I'm sorry you're feeling icky. I haven't heard of anyone getting sick from taking the hcg. Hopefully tomorrow you wake up feeling much better.
