R2 VLCD Day 23
I don't love my scale this morning. Up .4 lbs. TOM isn't completely gone yet so hopefully that is all that is going on. Off to work now. Have a great day!
Thank you Erica. I am getting anxious about not being able to lose this last 9 lbs before I go on P3. I still have like 19 days so I am keeping my fingers crossed!
Well with TOM and having a HUGE release yesterday, don't fret. You're doing awesome!
