Was going to make this my first day of 500 cal no drops since I am not losing any weight anymore. But, we went shopping today and I got some ezekiel bread and went straight into P3 foods.
I did my first bootcamp today and then kickboxing. I am sore again today. I am getting stronger and I know I am gaining muscle. My thighs are smaller and my biceps are getting bigger. : )
I am doing classes 5 days a week and 3 of those days I am doing double classes. I know doing this and eating well I will lose the rest of the weight I want to on my own. I am excited and totally ready to do it! I enjoy working out!
