R3 vlcd day 20

Last dosage weight 189.4 lbs. I lost a pound this morning. No mor drops. Dress fitting tomorrow. Then I can finally eat! Im hungry!

    You are exactly 5.4 lbs above where I started in August Bre - we need more photos of your progress though! You have done so well and I showed your before and after photos to a few gals at work who started HCG and they were just blown away. You are amazing!
