R3 VLCD Day 4

Im so amazed! I lost 3.2 lbs this morning!!! I am firmly in "one"derland! 198.2!

I also feel bad that others aren't doing so well. : (

Keep your chins up! Have a wonderful day... the weekend is almost here!
