It snowed enough were I have to shovel the driveway : ) Yay! My windshield wiper came undone when I was driving home from the gym last night so I have to try to fix it this morning. How frustrating! Then I have to bake a red velvet cake and make it into a haggis (eww!). I will include the picture I am going to duplicate. I wanted to make the lettuce outta gumpaste but I don't know where I can get some of the ingredients yet and I am outta time so I am just going to use real lettuce.

ReplyDeleteHopefully you'll lose the weight you need to by the wedding but if you're having trouble with the dress you could try a girdle type thing. I don't know what the right term for them is. You can find them at a bridal shop (costs more, they may have rentals) or at a department store. I think I got my last one at JcPenny's or maybe Macy's. I wore one for my wedding and for a couple bridesmaids dresses too!
Have you ever tried spanx? Holy moly they're awesome! It'll suck you in tight but still allows you to breathe and move around comfortably. Ewwwwww Haggis is awful! LOL can't wait to see the finished product!!♥
ReplyDeleteThere is just a "lip" I want to call it that the zipper gets caught on. I will try it on again once my mom gets home so she can zip me up. It's a 2 man dress. Lol!
ReplyDeleteI think the cake is going to be a disaster. I took it out of the pan and some of the bottom stayed with the pan. I got it all pieced back together and it's now in the freezer. I will finish it on Friday so it tastes better overall. Fingers crossed I can do it. I just dunno at this point.
