Oh man! I went to my first kickboxing class and I am SO sore! I went and got some of the gloves for when you hit the bags and a new pair of workout shoes since the zumba lady didn't like my shape-ups for the classes. My new workout schedule is going to be Mondays and Wednesdays is kickboxing and Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays is zumba. They are going to kick my ass into shape for sure! I am going to wait to weigh myself again until Saturday. I was craving some bad for me foods so I ate them so I could be done with my cravings and start focusing on eating correctly and working out like crazy!
