I am not pleased with what the scale said this morning but oh well. I have been eating bad all weekend! Plus not working out so that just makes it all the worse.
I am going to my kickboxing class tonight at 6. I may head over early and do the elliptical for 30 minutes before hand. Sounds like a good idea. : ) I feel absolutely stuffed and hope I don't throw up! Lol. I am ready to do this round the right way!
