VLCD Day 14.

I made it 2 weeks! Yay! Well, yesterday I gained 1 lbs again. Grr! But today I lost 1.6 lbs. I don't understand why I this is happening. But I am thinking it's cuz somedays I have to weigh at 3am and somedays 4am so my body hasn't finished working its magic. That is what I am choosing to believe unless someone has a different idea...

My official 2 week loss is 15.8 lbs which is very cool! I think I am still on track.

Only ate once yesterday. Not completely my fault. : ) We went to the ASU football game last night and I thought we were going to tailgate so I was going to bring my little packet of 3.5 oz of hamburger to eat. But that didnt' happen. So, I stopped by the store and got these little low calorie low fat pretzel crisp things so I wouldn't cheat too bad. They are good and Im glad I had them! Our seats where right behind the food venders and I smelling everything. I am going to have to put Philly Cheese Steak on my list of things I want to eat on my next load days. Lol. Yes, I made a list. I am going to load the right way this time! : )

  1. You are doing so awesome! The weight fluctuations are most definitely from your different weigh times (this morning I weighed 166.8 and then I'm not kidding...30 minutes later I weighed 167.4 for no reason...it's crazy how much our bodies change in weight from day to day). The pretzel crisps may have had something to do with your gain, too since they are pure starch. Have you tried the Grissini breadsticks? I don't like them at all. I'd rather go with no bread at all than have to eat those things again, lol. I'm so proud of you sticking with this diet. It was so hard for me because I have no willpower at all when it comes to food. After we're all at our goal weights, we should have some sort of an HCG shopping trip or something. I think it would be so much fun for us all to get together and have fun and celebrate all of our hard work!

  2. You are doing wonderful Bre! You are most definitely on track. Don't worry about the weight fluctuations. They're going to be off purely because of your odd schedule.

    I agree with Mia, it would be super fun to have a shopping trip when we get to our goal weights. =)
