So, I had my apple day yesterday. Lost the .6 lbs that I had gained the previous 2 days before that. Beginning to wonder if my body only wants to lose the 27.2lbs that I have already lost. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow, I had cottage cheese and strawberries for lunch and just had some steak. Too bad its soo late, hopefully my body can digest it. Lol. Finally was able to go to the bathroom this morning too... it had been a few days. Lol.
Closed at my job today for the first time ever (I have worked there almost a year now). I took home so much crossiants, cookies and bagels. My fellow classmates and my stepmom's coworkers are going to love me tomorrow. The company we (work) donated all our left over stuff to when under so now we just throw everything away. I said NO WAY... my piggy classmates will love all this!
Thanks for all the encouraging words everyone! Just a few more days and I can finally eat like a "normal" person. Erica... would love the recipe for oopsie french toast!!! It made my mouth water when you described in on FB.
Love you all! Good night and yay for all the losses!!!
In Dr. Simeon's protocol, he mentions long stall phases and says that some people have been at a certain weight for such a long time, and then gained weight on top of that, and when they use HCG, their bodies go back to that original weight they were at for a long time and then stall. Do you think that maybe at some point you weighed what you currently weigh for a long period of time? I think that because you're on your second half of the round it's just really slowed down. Erica says that her second half of her first round did that too. I bet your second round will get things moving again. Anyways, if what I just said was confusing (I don't think I explained it very well), you should try to find the part in Dr. Simeon's protocol that talks about stalls. He explains it better than I do.
ReplyDeleteI have noticed how much more positive you sound in your posts recently. You just sound like you FEEL better lately! I know I have felt better about myself lately and it's such a wonderful feeling isn't it?
It could be that... I never weighed myself as it was always too depressing. Yes, I am feeling better too! I just hope to lose 30lbs this round but I am come very far so I will be happy no matter what. Only 2.4lbs to go to reach my goal for this round. I think now that I can eat solid food again and am now losing weight instead of gaining I can reach it.
