Lost another 1.2 pounds this morning. I don't know what I am doing wrong to keep losing weight. Maybe my body is just as ready as I am to lose more weight! TOM keeps messing with me and I don't like it! I feel really bloated and yet I keep losing alot of weight (for not being on the drops!) Any suggestions on what I should eat these last 6 days to keep me maintaining??
It could be that you are just eating less than you used to now, so naturally eating less calories than you burn will make you lose weight. More than likely you are eating smaller portions now, and different kinds of foods than you used to eat.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I know of to make you stop losing and start sabilizing would be to really up your caloric intake. Slowly add more calories in until the scale stops dropping.

Yes, Erica, it is!!! I don't want to stop losing weight but I don't want to damage what I have already lost but I don't think I will at this point. Im down 3.6 lbs from my LDW. I don't really have any more money to go to the store and buy more stuff til Tuesday. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI did my calendar charting and my first day on R2 VLCD will be on the 30th of this month and I would stop December 10th so I will be on R2 P3 over Christmas (I doubt I will have a weight loss problem on this round. Lol) Then I can do another 4 1/2 to 5 week round of VLCD which puts me in the beginning of Feb and then I would get my bridesmaid dress fitted and taken in and hopefully they will mail the dress to me in Idaho so I can stay on my last round of VLCD for as long as possible and then I will just do P3 until after the wedding and then hopefully do my FINAL phase of VLCD starting in April! I ideally would like to see myself around 140 lbs. It's exciting to know that by my next birthday I could be a hot skinny bitch! That would totally rock!
