Gained .4 again this morning. I really hate eating on P3! I had an apple and peanut butter for breakfast. Didn't get home from work til after 5pm so I ate some left over chili from yesterday and now Im stuffed. No desires for eating still. I am no good at this "eat to sustain your body" phase! My body likes 500 calories a day. Lol. I never have been a eat 3 times a day person so this is really hard for me. I want to reset my metabolism and I don't think I am doing a good job at it. But I am trying. Eating 2x's a day is better than I used to do. At least I haven't wanted to go crazy and eat everything I can find! I want chips pretty bad though. I keep looking at our BBQ chips at work and I can remember what they taste like and it makes my mouth water!
I think my dad might be doing better today. He wants to get a dog so that means my cats will have to be locked in my bedroom again when I am not home (which is pretty much all the time). Sigh. Oh well. If it makes him happier than I am all for it.
P3 is so unpredictable, isn't it? As soon as I'm on p2 I wish I was on p3. Then I get on p3 and wish for p2 again.

P3 is a bit of a pain. Once you get in a groove it's actually awesome. I too am glad your dad is doing alright. ♥
ReplyDeleteHello Bre! I'm counting on you to pave the way for me in P3. I looked at a dough-nut a year or so ago and decided that the next day I was going to schedule one into my calories the next day. When I got there, I bought the dough-nut, ate a couple of bites and could not believe the greasy residue on the roof of my mouth. blech! I felt like I had bad breath for the next four hours. I then went into the bar and used a couple of stiff rum and diet cokes to wash that taste away. :-( (Not a good choice; but it taught me a lesson.) If only I could remember what it was........Oh yes; think twice about those BBQ chips. Are they really worth it? I felt lousy the next day. I didn't lose any weight, and I also felt like a fool for letting those dough-nuts control me. Someday when I grow up I will write a book about temptation.
ReplyDeleteI think that is an excellent idea for a book Tonnie! I haven't cheated on P3 but I just don't think Im eating enough but I am only eating when Im hungry and so I will have a sandwich or a salad and am then completely full! Ugh!
