P3 Day 6 and 7
Yesterday was day 6 and I gained .4 and today I woke up at gained 1.4! I HATE P3! I am going to do a steak day but I am going to have to eat my steak around 1:30pm since I have to work until 9pm and then go straight to bed. I thought my schedule would get better with my new availability but no, it still sucks. I really wish I was back on P2. This isn't worth the break. I like the structure of P2, I know exactly what I can eat and how much. Sigh oh well. It's only for 2 more weeks. I hope I can figure out the whole stabilizing thing soon.

Oh bummer!! For me I had to make sure I was eating lots of protein, a fair amount of healthy fats ie coconut oil, avocados, olive oil, and lots of fruits and vegetables. I really had to watch my intake of any and all carbs and breads. After a week or so things started to slow down and the scale stopped jumping around all over the place. Hope the steak day helps and you can get everything all figured out. (hugs)
ReplyDeleteThanks Erica. I need to eat more fruits I guess. I usually just have a sandwich for lunch and a salad for dinner. It's just hard to try and eat when everything is out of control in my life right now. I just figured out that I will be working 14 days straight before I get another day off. That's some BS right there! I know I asked for more hours but that doesn't mean they have to work me to death! I have so much homework due on Friday and no time to do it. Ugh. I guess it will just be late nights for me the next two days!
ReplyDeleteBre, I know the homework crap. It seems like you spend so much time on one huge project and before you know it here comes another one even worse. I'm having a challenge with eating the right foods myself. I have to agree that P2 was much easier. Erica, I never thought about avocados! That would be an excellent source of healthy fat (limited of course).
